A key element in the success of the training delivered is the co-operation and communication between ATG, The Employer, Skill Sector (SEMTA) and The College. In order to assist as many companies as possible to participate in apprentice training ATG has successfully developed a range of options for the recruitment, employment and training of young people, whilst retaining the standards expected by the Company and the Skill Sector.
