MODERN APPRENTICESHIPS
For young people ATG offers training within the "Modern Apprenticeship" framework and in addition provides Traineeships for Operatives.
Recruitment and selection is governed by employer demand, with all successful applicants to-date achieving employed status - although this is not guarantee at the commencement of training. Monitoring of progress towards Certification of apprentices and trainees is carried out by ATG staff to ensure that established criteria and standards are maintained. In addition all apprentices attend further education to attain the qualifications relevant to their particular level of training programme and final certification.
